2026 GX Team Try-Outs are Thursday, July 16th​​​

2.  You must sign up for the  Gold Xplosion Try-Outs  NO LATER than July 10th

3.  Auditions Dates & Information:  

​

• Mini  Xplosion:   (age 9-11, rising 3rd-5th grade)          July 16 4:30-6:00 pm

• Junior Xplosion: (age 11-14, rising 5th-9th grade)         July 16 6:00-7:30 pm

• Senior Xplosion: (age 14-18, rising 8th-12th grade)      July 16 7:30-9:00 pm

1. Auditions are required for all new and returning members. For those that have overlapping years: Dancers are welcome to attend the tryout for an older or more advanced team.

2. If they are not placed on that team, they will still be considered for the younger team without needing to attend a separate tryout- but keep in mind the difficulty/skill of the try out increases with each level and this could affect your ability to make a GX team. (Placement decisions for overlapping birth years will be made at the discretion of the coach based on skill level, maturity, or team needs).

3. Audition process is judged with a scoresheet and written feedback.

4. Dancers should come to the audition with light makeup, pirouette or jazz shoes, clothing and hair appropriate for a pom audition process (appearance is part of the scoresheet).

5. Poms are not required, but requested

6. All auditioning dancers will be emailed results and team roster by Friday, July 17th
